Am Unternehmenssitz in Karlsruhe koordiniert das Backoffice-Team der Consileon alle zentralen Service- und Support-Prozesse des Unternehmens und unterstützt die Entscheidungsprozesse der Geschäftsleitung mit Zahlen, Daten und Fakten. Deine Aufgaben

  • Prüfen, Kontieren und Verbuchen aller Geschäftsvorfälle nach HGB (Haupt- und Nebenbuch, insbesondere Anlagenbuchhaltung und Kostenrechnung)
  • Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Durchführung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung sowie Verantwortung für den gesamten Zahlungsverkehr
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern wie Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und Finanzamt
  • Unterstützung im Finanz- und Projektcontrolling und Optimierung des internen Berichtswesens
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Digitalisierung unserer Finanz- und Reportingprozesse
  • Selbstständige Erstellung von Reportings für unsere Tochtergesellschaften

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, idealerweise mit anschließender Weiterbildung zum Finanz- oder Bilanzbuchhalter (w/m/d) oder Steuerfachwirt (w/m/d)
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der operativen Finanzbuchhaltung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in DATEV
  • Freude an der Aufbereitung von Finanzkennzahlen und Finanzberichten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Affinität zu Digitalisierungsthemen und Interesse an innovativen Lösungen
  • Organisationstalent, Servicebereitschaft und Genauigkeit
  • Selbstständiger, proaktiver Arbeitsstil mit Hands-on-Mentalität und prozessorientiertem Denken
  • Gute Deutsch- sowie grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
