About the Role
At Consigli, we’re reshaping the future of engineering with cutting-edge technology. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll join a high-performing team that’s passionate about solving real-world engineering challenges using machine learning, mathematical optimization, operations research, and generative AI.
This isn’t a research lab. It’s where ideas become impactful tools that power our SaaS platform and change the way buildings are designed and built.
What You’ll Do
- Work with applying the latest AI models and latest AI research to impactful solutions in the engineering industry.
- Design, implement, and deploy AI/ML models into production systems
- Build robust frameworks, pipelines, and tooling to support scalable solutions
- Work closely with domain experts and platform teams to integrate AI into our SaaS product
- Contribute across the entire ML lifecycle — from data wrangling to monitoring in production
- Stay sharp: Explore the latest in ML, optimization, genAI, and RL and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Collaborate across functions (including product, CTO, and clients) to deliver measurable value
Must-Have Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Data Science, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong Python skills for ML/AI and mathematical optimization
- Hands-on experience deploying ML models to production
- Clear, structured communicator with the ability to articulate technical decisions and trade-offs
- You’re a hard-working team player who thrives in a high-pace environment (and leaves the diva behavior at the door)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure ML and/or AWS ML services
- Knowledge of civil engineering, HVAC, or mechanical engineering domains (a plus, not a requirement)

- Location: London office, Vauxhall
- Work model: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote per week
