Con-Serve™ is certified as ISO 50001 compliant and allows for a correlation of consumption to other metrics such as hotel’s occupancy, restaurant’s food covers or outside temperatures. Considerate Group provides data-driven advisory services to the hospitality sector, covering the environmental, social and governance dimensions of sustainability. This includes, but is not limited to, developing holistic ESG strategies, delivering workshops and professional seminars, creating sustainability toolkits, and corporate sustainability reporting.

Responsibilities
- Assist with new client account ‘onboarding’ on to the Con-Serve™ platform, including the upload of any historical data
- Assist in delivering training sessions to all Con-Serve™ users, to ensure effective use of the platform and associated services
- Provide ongoing management of user accounts, including assisting clients with data uploads, setting up data automations, advising clients on missing or inaccurate data sets through regular review of account information, support calls, and client-relationship management (focus on French-speaking clients, but not exclusively)
- Support in conducting detailed technical analysis of clients’ data in various formats covering topics of energy, water, waste, and carbon
- Write bespoke reports using provided templates
- Support delivery of environmental, social, governance (ESG) and carbon footprint reporting
- Assist with sustainability related research, both internally and externally
- Handle small clients’ work and support advisory projects as a project and account support
Business Development
- Support the business development manager in research and data collection for potential new leads to target.
- Assist in preparing business development proposals and marketing collateral tailored to potential clients
- Collaborate with the senior team to conduct market research and support outreach campaigns
- Contribute to presentations and pitches for new business opportunities, particularly with German/French-speaking clients
- Work with the data team to identify business development opportunities for Considerate Group’s data platform, Con-Serve™
- Support the update of information in the CRM platform
Requirements
- University degree (relevant engineering discipline, environmental science, sustainability, hospitality, business studies), and/or equivalent work-based experience
- Passionate about sustainability and hospitality
- Fluent written and spoken English and German Essential
- Strong communication skills with an ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms, including: Ability to write reports
- Unwavering attention to detail
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-changing environment
- Adaptable to a variety of tasks and changing priorities
- Self-driven and reliable
- Ability to take direction from senior staff and deliver tasks in a timely manner

Desirable / Additional Skills
- An additional language: French, Arabic, Spanish, Italian
- Direct experience working in hospitality operations and/or management
- Direct experience working with environmental and sustainability data
- Ability to work with scripting/coding languages such as R
- Understanding of the key resource consumption considerations in the built environment
- Understanding technological or operational interventions designed to meet ESG/carbon reduction strategies
- Understanding of communication processes and social media
