We are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer with 5+ years of experience to deliver detailed and compliant electrical solutions for building projects, focusing on international and Gulf region standards and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed electrical designs for power distribution, lighting, emergency, and ELV systems, such as security, fire alarms, access control, CCTV, and communication systems.
  • Prepare electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, load calculations, and panel schedules using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders for integrated, coordinated designs.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to relevant codes (NEC, IEC, IEEE, NFPA, local standards like DEWA, SBC, Kahraman).
  • Assist in project proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
  • Review project specifications and deliver accurate, high-quality outputs.
  • Provide technical support and participate in project meetings throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical / Must-Have Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Experience using ETAP or similar electrical analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with lighting design software (Dialux/Relux).
  • Deep understanding of international and Gulf-region electrical codes and standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or B.E./B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
