We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to fill the role of Warehouse Operative at Conservatory Outlet Ltd. If you are enthusiastic, committed, and thrive in a collaborative team environment, we want to hear from you. The role is fulltime and will be working 8-hour shifts between the hours of 6am-10pm.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday between 6.00am and 10.00pm. We offer fantastic opportunities to progress in a forward-thinking company.

Role Responsibilities

  • To prepare loads in the warehouse or directly onto vehicles ready for the next day delivery.
  • To demonstrate good attention to detail when picking products ensuring the correct products are picked and delivery notes are checked and completed in full.
  • To ensure all vehicles are loaded in a safe, correct, and acceptable manner ensuring all deliveries arrive in a manner which meets our customers’ expectations.
  • To support team leaders and supervisors to assist with resolving production issues as and when required.
  • To ensure all the correct manual handling procedures and techniques are followed.
  • Person Attributes

  • Previous Warehouse experience is desired.
  • Previous experience of manufacturing uPVC Windows and Doors, composite doors, gables, bi-folds, and patios in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is desired.
  • A full driving license is preferable but not essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A strong team player with a “can do” attitude and a proactive approach to work.
  • The ability to demonstrate effective time management with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • A proactive approach to work with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
  • A willingness to undertake further training with the ability to implement learning into your daily work.
