About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager with proven experience managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and team player with a passion for delivering value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions
  • Coordinate internal teams to deliver on client expectations
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
  • Track account metrics and report on performance regularly
  • Resolve client issues quickly and effectively
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

About you:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with CRM software
