Your Role
- Roberts Street is a unique supported living service, offering a shared house for people looking to live independently but know that support is always there if needed – learning daily living skills and gaining responsibility to manage their own property. Whilst the benefits of privacy that come with a supported living service are enjoyed – there is also communal space to allow for social events including movie nights, arts and crafts or even just relaxing in the lounge one evening.
- Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
- Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
- Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.
- Shifts: Rotational, 22.5 hours per week.
