Your Role
- To provide a comprehensive advisory service in line with the organisations Service Level Agreement (SLA) to all managers and employees, whilst ensuring that the organisation follows best practice in the management of its staff in line with employment law.
- Supporting, influencing and guiding managers on all aspects of HR in line with business objectives.
- To support, guide and coach Operations and Service managers with all HR/ER related queries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures and they are applied fairly and consistently across the organisation within the parameters of employment law.
- Maintain up to date employment law knowledge.
- Understand and mitigate any risk to the organisation and escalate to the appropriate person accordingly.
- Maintain visibility in the business, ensuring that site visits are completed to any focus Services as and when necessary.
- Carry out new management visits and provide the necessary HR support required.
- Develop, update and implement HR Policies and Procedures ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
- Support the Head of People with any ACAS and employment Tribunal claims.
- Analyse HR data (exit interviews, absence, turnover, benefits, surveys etc) to identify any trends and provide robust solutions to deal with any issues.
- Support the HR Administration team in collating and preparing HR related statistical information needed for reporting requirement to the senior HR management team.
- To create, develop and facilitate HR training courses in line with the needs of the business.
- Continually learn and develop in all areas of HR to support your own and the organisations growth.

About You
- To be successful in this role, you will have a CIPD Level 5 or above.
- Demonstrate experience of working in a busy HR Function / HR Department as well as excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Experience of advising Managers on Employee Relations issues and implementing HR Policies.
- Experience of compiling HR Stats and producing HR Reports.
- Up-to-date comprehensive knowledge of HR practice, concepts and themes, including employment law and employee relations issues.
