Role: Support Worker
Salary: £12.51 - £12.81 per hour
Service: Waterbury House, BN18 0BH
Shifts: Rotational, 37.5 hours per week

Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities - empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences. Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.
Your Service:
Waterbury House is a warm, welcoming home with a mix of private flats and en-suite bedrooms, offering the privacy and freedom of personal space with support whenever it’s needed. Everyone has a busy, active social life, keeping fit with swimming or horse riding, going into town for bingo or crazy golf and taking trips with their family and friends. The communal areas are always lively and fun - people love cinema and have regular movie nights and trips to see the latest releases.
