Role: Supported Living Service Manager

Location: The Rivers, Farnborough

Salary: £39,000 - £41,000 per annum + £2,000 welcome bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable the people we support to lead a fulfilling life and maximise their independence.
  • Ensure the wellbeing of the team is prioritised, providing appropriate tools and opportunities for excellence.
  • Operate the service efficiently, balancing budget achievement with a commitment to excellent quality.
  • Effectively manage financial performance, ensuring resources are appropriately managed and controlled.
  • Promote quality assurance, working towards legal, clinical, statutory, and organisational obligations, and developing effective work strategies and processes.
  • Ensure full and accurate reporting of management information, maximising quality and compliance.
  • Be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Extensive experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or complex behaviours.
  • Current Service Manager experience in Supported Living or Residential Services, seeking a new challenge.
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (training towards Level 4 & 5 available).
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptable, efficient, and willing to work on a shift basis and be on call when required.
