Clare House is a busy, bright home with an active social calendar giving people their own space and independence with the knowledge support is always there when needed. Everyone here loves to get together for art days, pamper times, evenings around the fire pit, and trips out to safari park or cinema. Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.

Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions. Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.

Shifts: Rotational Nights, 37.5 hours per week.
