Your Role
- Leading regional marketing and communications activity, ensuring alignment with the national strategy including capturing authentic stories, photos and videos from services in your region, spending at least one day a week on-site.
- Working closely with various internal teams to create campaigns that attract enquiries and promote services ensuring targeted marketing materials for key audiences, including commissioners, families and professionals.
- Repurposing content for multiple platforms, including the internal social feed, website and social media as well as writing blogs, thought leadership pieces and longer articles to position the organisation as an expert.
- Ensure all content meets brand tone, accessibility standards and governance requirements whilst optimising content for SEO and AI pull-through using clear headings, metadata and keywords.
- Managing PR activity for your region, including building relationships with local media, drafting press releases, and securing positive coverage to raise brand awareness.
- Supporting website review and development and monitoring website and social media analytics and contribute to monthly performance reports.
- Liaising and supporting on events including creating event materials, planning and promoting events internally and externally.
