Salary: £14.86 – £15.16 per hour

Your Role

  • Provide leadership to colleagues within the team and support the Service Manager in the daily management & running of the service.
  • Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
  • Manage, deliver & lead high-quality care as part of the team using a person centred approach.
  • Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
  • Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.

The Woodlands is situated in Brierfield which has a small bustling town centre, in a perfect location centred between Burnley and Nelson/Colne. Made up of 8 brand new purpose built apartments, at the Woodlands the support team pride themselves in working in a totally person centred way, and are passionate and committed to supporting each individual to achieve their goals and aspirations, whatever they may be, big or small.
