Your Role
- Working with the operations and referrals team to support during the assessment, transition and move-in of new supported individuals.
- Supporting the operations team to develop the best quality of support plans.
- Providing hand-on support during times of crisis.
- To provide training for support teams on PBS, PCAS and Restrictive Practice reduction.
- Undertaking functional assessments implementing intervention strategies using PBS principles.
- Developing and leading on Care practice improvement initiatives.

About You
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, with exceptional experience and track record of PBS application.
- Have excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Able to travel and work in services 4 days per week as appropriate.
- Skilled and knowledgeable in creative and person centered approaches to work with people.
- Ability to explain, develop and follow policies and protocols.
