Our supported living service in Camberley offers the privacy and independence of private flats with support always on-hand to help with daily living, home maintenance or working towards their own personal goals. Each flat is decorated by the person living there, with special care to consider any sensory needs or preferences, and the team are here to make sure they’re comfortable and happy in their home.
Provide leadership to colleagues within the team and support the Service Manager in the daily management & running of the service. Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities - empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences. Manage, deliver & lead high-quality care as part of the team using a person centred approach. Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions. Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others.
