Your Role
- Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. Through understanding the needs of the people you support; you’ll provide exceptional care that truly changes lives.
- Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities - empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
- Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
- Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.
Your Service
Frinton House is a bright, bustling home that gives the people living there the independence and freedom of their own space to decorate and manage but with plenty of support - not only with their daily needs, but with their personal goals too. People attend local colleges, get involved with cooking and running their home and go to regular fitness classes. The communal areas are always buzzing and full of fun, everyone loves to get together for birthdays and holidays to celebrate.
