Your Role:
Through understanding the needs of the people you support, you'll lead a team and provide exceptional care that truly changes lives. You may be looking to take the next step in your career but will already have experience in the social care sector as either a Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant.
Royal Gardens is a brand-new, purpose-built specialist Supported Living service in the flourishing community of Wixams, just outside of Houghton Conquest and 10 minutes from Bedford town. Royal Gardens contains 11 highly spacious, self-contained, single-occupancy apartments, each offering bedroom with en-suite shower room, second bedroom which can be used as a flexible space, bathroom and open-plan kitchen, diner and lounge. The 3 ground-floor apartments have wet-rooms.
