The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
You will be responsible for carrying out small building works and general maintenance tasks as directed by your line manager and head of property services.
These works will include wet room refurbishments, kitchen fitting, fire door installations, plastering, decorating, and general plumbing.
The role is national and will require you to generally be away from home four nights a week. Hotel accommodation is provided along with a £20.00 evening meal allowance and a cooked breakfast.
You will generally be working alone, although some projects will require you to work alongside another works team member.
Full driving license essential as vehicle supplied.
