You will play a vital role in supporting our new colleagues as they begin their journey with Consensus by delivering our company‑wide induction programme and supporting them to achieve our regulatory induction framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the company‑wide induction programme and support new colleagues to meet regulatory induction requirements.
- Develop and deliver creative, engaging and innovative training packages.
- Support colleagues and teams to reach their full potential.
- Collaborate closely to grow internal and external networking communities.
- Ensure adherence to best‑practice guidelines, legislation and emerging learning methodologies.
- Maintain continuous personal development, keeping all mandatory service‑specific 'train‑the‑trainer' updates up to date and certifications valid.
- Establish and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with Area Directors, Service Managers and colleagues.
- Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing plans and time‑frames.

Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
- Learner‑centric focus with excellent communication and training delivery skills.
- Comfortable working field‑based and as part of a dispersed team.
- Commercially aware, with a thorough understanding of Adult Social Care and Learning Disability regulatory requirements for training and delivery.
- Strong knowledge of the regulatory landscape and ability to demonstrate this through delivery.
- Effective coaching skills, able to provide feedback on regulatory training and development matters.
- Knowledge of learning and development theory and the application of different models.
- IT literacy: working understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
