Through understanding the needs of the people you support, you’ll provide exceptional care that truly changes lives. Lead the team to communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too. Engage in learning and development opportunities for the team ensuring that training compliance levels are met and maintained.
Your Service
Strawberry Fields is a bustling and lively home surrounded by peaceful, quiet woodlands. The people living here love spending time in the outdoors and keeping an eye on the local wildlife. If successful, we’ll organise your Free DBS Check and references prior to confirming your start date. Your journey will then begin with a 3-day online induction, before heading to the service to get started. We welcome applications from all backgrounds. You will already have experience in the social care sector or NHS or may be looking for your next step (Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant).
