Your Role:
- To ensure that the grounds are well maintained and that all approaches to the Home are accessible, neat, tidy and clear of any hazards.
- To cut grass and hedges as required.
- To operate a planned system of general maintenance and repairs.
- To ensure the smooth running of all plant machinery and equipment, including safety and state of repair.
- To carry out decorating and re-decorating as applicable.
- To carry out all duties in a safe manner having regard to the Health and Safety of self, colleagues, residents and visitors to the Home.
