Your Role

Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. You may be new to care or already have experience in the social care sector as Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant but your values are most important to us. Pool Cottage is a relaxed, rural home in the beautiful Welsh countryside offering a welcome and friendly setting. People living here love the peace and quiet, spending time outdoors in nature or heading to the local garden centre to find their next flowers or veggies to plant in the impressive garden. When they're not outside, everyone is always up for making popcorn and having a movie night or planning a trip to the city for shopping and bowling. Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences. Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions. Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.

Shifts: Rotational, 22.5 hours per week.
