Your Service
Butterfields is a newly developed specialist Supported Living service, supporting people to flourish in their own apartments. There are 6 spacious self-contained apartments across 3 floors, with lift access, with a large open plan living space, double bedroom and bathroom. The service will support individuals with a range of complex needs, including people who may be transitioning from forensic or secure care pathways into community-based supported living.
Your Role
From ensuring the service runs smoothly and achieves quality excellence, to encouraging personal growth & development of the team – every day is unique. You will lead Butterfields through mobilisation, opening and ongoing service delivery, ensuring that safe, high-quality systems are established from the outset. This will include recruiting and developing the staff team, preparing the service for new people to move in, building effective relationships with families and professionals, and embedding robust governance, quality and operational processes. Once established, you will continue to drive excellent outcomes, support colleague development and ensure that the service remains responsive to the people who live there.
