Your Role
Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. Whether you are new to care or have experience as a Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant, your values are most important to us. Clare House is a busy, bright home with an active social calendar. You will help support residents in engaging with meaningful activities such as art days, pamper times, evenings around the fire pit, trips to safari park or cinema, gardening, and spending time in the sun with friends and family.
Key responsibilities:
- Support residents to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities, empowering them to enjoy a fulfilling life.
- Get involved in the community and support residents during leisure and social activities.
- Celebrate special occasions with residents.
- Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs and helping residents communicate effectively with others.
Shift pattern: Rotational Nights, 37.5 hours per week.
