Your Role

  • Provide leadership to colleagues within the team and support the Service Manager in the daily management & running of the service.
  • Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
  • Manage, deliver & lead high-quality care as part of the team using a person centred approach.
  • Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
  • Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.

Your Service

Daisy Meadows is a newly developed specialist Supported Living service in Littlehampton. Offering 6 self‑contained apartments, including 3 accessible ground‑floor apartments – each apartment offers a separate lounge, kitchen and bedroom, with en‑suite bathroom. There is a large shared garden for people to enjoy lawn games and barbeques in the warm summers of West Sussex.
