Your Role
Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. Through understanding the needs of the people you support, you will provide exceptional care that truly changes lives. Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences. Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions. Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.

Blakeney House is a vibrant and inviting home boasting a bustling social schedule. Situated in close proximity to the town centre and the seaside, residents can enjoy frequent visits to the local piers, parks, shops, and attractions such as bowling alleys and restaurants. Our focus is on promoting an active lifestyle, encouraging swimming, walking, and mini golf, while also prioritising mental fitness through music therapy and sensory activities.
