Your Role

Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. You may be new to care or already have experience in the social care sector as a Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant, but your values are most important to us. The Old Red Lion is a seven bed property comprising of the main house with three bedrooms, an annex with two bedrooms and a converted coach house with two bedrooms. It is located in the popular village of Treswell, five miles east of Retford, close to Treswell Woods, Lincoln and Leverton. The service has both an independent living skills and sensory centre on site, to enable individuals to reach their goals and to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible.

Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences. Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions. Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.

Shifts: Rotational Nights, 37.5 hours per week.
