Your RoleThrough understanding the needs of the people you support, you'll lead a team and provide exceptional care that truly changes lives. You may be looking to take the next step in your career but will already have experience in the social care sector as either aMental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant.
Oakwell House is a six-bed modern detached property located in Hayton, an agricultural parish two and a half miles from the market town of Retford. Oakwell House supports females with mental health and dual diagnosis conditions such as Asperger's and learning disability, which focuses on self-development and a pathway back into the community.
