Role: Team Leader

Salary: £12.93 - £12.93 per hour

Service: Bridle Lodge, NG14 5FS

Shifts: Rotational, 37.5 hours per week

Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences. Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions. Lead the team to communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too. Engage in learning and development opportunities for the team ensuring that training compliance levels are met and maintained.

Your Service

Bridle Lodge is a five bed bungalow located in Burton Joyce in Nottinghamshire, situated in three acres of land, including stables which have been converted into an art room offering fun, creative activities. The bus stop is not far away with close links to Sherwood Forest, Mansfield and Nottingham. Bridle Lodge offers a homely and caring environment with full wifi access, sensory room, games and activities. It has a delightful, open living area with high ceilings and enormous glass doors which bring nature inside.
