Your Role
Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. You may be new to care or already have experience in the social care sector as Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant but your values are most important to us. Our supported living service offers a friendly, social environment for people to live more independent lives with support always available. People have their own private accommodation and plenty of communal spaces for games, parties, and socialising. The people that live here are extremely independent and get to choose how involved with household activities they want to be, but there's a real family atmosphere and everyone loves to get together for their traditional Sunday roast every weekend.
Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences. Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions. Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.
