Role : Site Maintenance Officer Salary : Up to £28,000 per annum Location : Midlands Your Role To ensure that the grounds are well maintained and that all approaches to the services are accessible, neat, tidy and clear of any hazards. To cut grass and hedges as required. To operate a planned system of general maintenance and repairs. To ensure the smooth running of all plant machinery and equipment, including safety and state of repair. To carry out decorating and re-decorating as applicable To carry out all duties in a safe manner having regard to the Health and Safety of self, colleagues, residents and visitors to the Home.
