Your Role:
- Ensure the service runs smoothly and achieves quality excellence.
- Encourage personal growth & development of the team.
- Enable the people we support to lead a fulfilling life and maximise their independence.
- Ensure the wellbeing of the team is prioritised, providing appropriate tools and opportunities for career advancement.
- Run the service efficiently, balancing budget achievement with excellent quality.
- Effectively manage financial performance and control financial resources.
- Promote quality assurance, working towards legal, clinical, statutory, and organisational obligations.
- Ensure full and accurate reporting of management information, maximising quality and compliance.
The role requires you to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
