Role
Senior L&D Coordinator Salary
Up to Β£30,000 per annum Location
Central Support Office, Colchester Your Role Working closely with operational leaders, recruitment and L&OD colleagues to ensure early-career programmes meet business priorities, regulatory requirements and workforce capacity needs.
Overseeing the onboarding, induction and early development of apprentices and graduates, ensuring a positive, supportive and compliant learner experience.
Acting as the key liaison with training providers, awarding bodies and external partners, managing quality, performance and contractual expectations.
Monitoring learner progress, completion and outcomes, intervening early where risks to engagement, performance or retention are identified.
Maintaining oversight of the apprenticeship levy
