Delivering the Area's financial and growth targets, and the People and Quality KPI's Working with the Managing Director and finance team to develop the annual budget and Supporting Service Managers in ensuring services are safely staffed and optimally aligned to their budget Ensuring the Service environments, both inside and out, are appropriately and adequately maintained Our Benefits Bonus Scheme : Discretionary 20% annual bonus scheme.
