Your Service
The site is a new-build development set in the historic port city, Hull. This service will provide specialist supported living accommodation for 11 people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
Your Role
- Ensure the service runs smoothly and achieves quality excellence.
- Encourage personal growth & development of the team.
- Enable the people we support to lead a fulfilling life and maximise their independence.
- Ensure the wellbeing of the team is prioritised, providing appropriate tools and opportunities.
- Run the service efficiently, balancing budget achievement with excellent quality.
- Effectively manage financial performance and resources.
- Promote quality assurance and develop effective work strategies and processes.
- Ensure full and accurate reporting of management information, maximising quality and compliance.
- Be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have plenty of experience working with those with Learning Disabilities or complex behaviours.
- Be an experienced Service Manager looking for a new challenge, with a background in Supported Living or Residential Services.
- Have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care; support and training towards Level 4 and 5 is available.
- Bring strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Be confident, flexible, and efficient, happy to work on a shift basis and be on call when required.
- Be committed to providing person-centred care that offers equitable opportunities to all those you're working for.
