Your Role
Through understanding the needs of the people you support, you will provide exceptional care that truly changes lives. A career with meaning, you will also have a lot of fun, too – from helping with daily tasks to leading a team to make a difference. You will:
- Provide leadership to colleagues within the team and support the Service Manager in the daily management and running of the service.
- Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
- Manage, deliver and lead high-quality care as part of the team using a person-centred approach.
- Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
- Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others.
Your Service
Daisy Meadows is a newly developed specialist Supported Living service in Littlehampton. Offering 6 self-contained apartments, including 3 accessible ground-floor apartments - each apartment offers a separate lounge, kitchen and bedroom, with en-suite bathroom. There is a large shared garden for people to enjoy lawn games and barbeques in the warm summers of West Sussex.
