Your Role:
- Assisting in the production of monthly management accounts, through the review of Corporate Pay statements and Petty Cash returns.
- Managing the posting of Corporate Pay statements and Petty Cash returns.
- Assisting in the production of reconciliations for the balance sheet.
- Reviewing general ledger entries highlighting unusual transactions.
- Managing the accruals and prepayments month end process with guidance from the Finance team.
- Reviewing and posting corporate credit card expenditure.
- Producing schedules and analysis for cost breakdowns.
- Maintaining Fixed Assets Registers and Capital Expenditure Reports.
- Assisting with internal and external reporting.

About You:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to present financial information clearly.
- Proven experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within management accounting.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret financial data.
- Experience with benefits in kind and with pension schemes and associated administration.
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and financial modelling.
