As someone who prioritises our people and the quality of the services we provide, this role will oversee a number of services across the Consensus portfolio. We're looking for an action-oriented and customer-focused Area Director who can lead the culture, direction, and performance of the Area.
From ensuring your services run smoothly and achieve quality excellence, to encouraging personal growth & development of your team – every day is unique. To be a visible and accessible leader in your services ensuring a quality, people and commercial focus including oversight of forensic services.
- Delivering the Area's financial and growth targets, and the People and Quality KPI's.

Have plenty of experience working with those with Learning Disabilities or complex behaviours, forensic cohorts and legal frameworks.
Significant experience working as a Manager within the Learning Disability sector, preferably Supported Living and/or Residential Care.
Experience of working closely with the CQC and Local Authorities and other relevant MDT's.
Be confident, flexible and efficient – you're happy to work on a shift basis and, where required, be on call.
