Location: Central Support Office, Colchester

Working closely with operational leaders, recruitment and L&OD colleagues to ensure early-career programmes meet business priorities, regulatory requirements and workforce capacity needs.

Overseeing the onboarding, induction and early development of apprentices and graduates, ensuring a positive, supportive and compliant learner experience.

Acting as the key liaison with training providers, awarding bodies and external partners, managing quality, performance and contractual expectations.

Monitoring learner progress, completion and outcomes, intervening early where risks to engagement, performance or retention are identified.

Maintaining oversight of the apprenticeship levy account, Skills for care and LDSS funding streams.

Providing day to day oversight of learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms, ensuring they are accurate, accessible and fit for purpose.

Acting as a key point of contact for managers and services in relation to learning systems, providing guidance and support on platform use and compliance responsibilities.

Delivering system training and guidance to colleagues and managers to build confidence and consistency in use.
