Position Overview
- The Website Designer experience with additional CMS platforms a strong plus
- Solid front-end development skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proven experience coding responsive, cross-client HTML emails within HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong command of design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or equivalent, with the ability to produce finished digital assets independently
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and a commitment to inclusive design practices

- A self-starter with a genuine passion for design craft and digital innovation, comfortable taking ownership of projects from brief to delivery
- Strong visual sensibility and aesthetic judgement, with the ability to balance creative ambition with the practical requirements of a professional services brand
- Collaborative by nature, with the communication skills to work effectively across a distributed, global team
- Solutions-oriented and adaptable — comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining high standards of output
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in the execution of coded emails and responsive web layouts
- Proactive, curious, and committed to continuous learning in a fast-evolving digital landscape
- A team player with a low ego, ready to contribute ideas and support colleagues across the firm’s creative and marketing functions
