The Role
Due to increasing demand across our UK and Ireland, US and Middle East client portfolio, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Designer to join our creative team within the Creative Services division of the business. You will play an important role in supporting the delivery of creative projects to an enviable portfolio of clients across a wide range of sectors.
Collaborating with the creative team and alongside our industry-leading team of communications experts, you will support the execution of high-quality design projects across presentations, digital, print, social and event materials. In particular, you will support the development of in-house and client-facing design materials, with a strong focus on impactful presentations, pitch materials, digital assets, social graphics and wider campaign support.
This role will provide exposure to a broad mix of design work including high-quality presentations, marketing materials, internal communications, digital content, print collateral, event materials and brand communications. Working alongside experienced designers and communications professionals, you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects and have the opportunity to develop your creative, technical and commercial design skills.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone in the early stages of their design career who is eager to learn, contribute and grow within a supportive team environment. The role is primarily office-based in our Belfast city centre office, with the opportunity to work from home one day per week.
The Candidate
We are looking for a Junior Designer with strong creative potential, excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn. You will support the delivery of projects across presentation design, digital content, social media, marketing materials, print collateral and internal communications while working alongside experienced creatives and communications experts.
This role would suit someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and keen to build a career in commercial design within a busy, professional and fast-moving creative team. You will have the opportunity to build a strong foundation in commercial design while contributing to work for leading organisations across Ireland, the UK, the Middle East and internationally.

- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint and a strong interest in presentation design
- Strong layout, typography and visual communication skills

- Interest in motion graphics and animation
- Interest in developing skills across the wider Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro and Acrobat
