Your Role as a Remortgage Advisor:
- Manage a pipeline of remortgage clients, delivering expert advice tailored to their needs
- Work closely with new build homeowners looking to secure the best rates available
- Build strong relationships with developers, lenders, and clients
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company best practices
- Maintain high service levels to retain and generate repeat business
What We’re Looking For:
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification - Essential
- Proven experience as a Mortgage/Remortgage Advisor - Ideally within a new build environment
- Strong relationship-building skills - Comfortable liaising with developers and lenders
- Proactive and target-driven - Motivated to maximise earnings through excellent service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Managing multiple cases efficiently
