My client is a highly successful mortgage broker with over 15+ years in the industry, with a trained back-office support team they offer whole of market advice to their clients on mortgage & protection products across the UK! Due to company growth, my client is looking to expand their mortgage team so they can handle the higher demand of leads and enable them to service Mortgage & Protection leads instantly. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy Mortgage team!
Key responsibilities:- To provide clients with advice and recommendations on mortgage and protection products
- Oversee each application through to completion, working closely with administrators and paraplanners where required.
- Ensure all files meet the standards set out by the company, network, and regulator.
- Update relevant client management systems and reports.
- To update clients and introducers and answer any queries in a timely manner.
- To ensure that all compliance and regulatory requirements are met, in line with the rules set out by the company, regulator and network.
- To stay up to date with industry and market developments
- Maintenance of required professional qualifications and continuing professional development.
- A long with your main duties, you will also be expected to carry out any other duties that are reasonably asked of you.
- Full CeMAP essential.
- Experience in the whole of the market would be preferable.
- Proven track record working in a sales target environment or managing a busy workload with deadlines.
- Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication skills; written & verbal.
