Consegna Talent are proud to be supporting an established Independent Mortgage Brokerage with over 15 years’ experience. Our client is now seeking a Mortgage Administrator to support with their expanding operations.

As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the processing and management of mortgage applications for new build properties. You will ensure the efficient and accurate administration of mortgage cases from initial application through to completion, providing excellent customer service to clients and maintaining strong relationships with lenders, brokers, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Processing: Accurately input and process new mortgage applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients, brokers, lenders, and developers to provide updates and request additional information as needed.
  • Documentation Management: Review and verify all documentation related to mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Case Management: Maintain detailed records of all mortgage applications, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies, ensuring compliance in all aspects of the mortgage process.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the mortgage application process.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on the status of mortgage applications to the Mortgage Administration Manager.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in mortgage administration, preferably within the new build mortgage sector.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with mortgage products, lending criteria, and regulatory requirements.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • IT Proficiency: Competent in using mortgage processing software and MS Office applications.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues as needed.
