Consegna Talent are proud to be supporting a successful, expanding Mortgage brokerage based in Gloucestershire. They are seeking a motivated, hungry, driven sales professional to provide excellent client service, manage insurance policies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships and provide expert advice on insurance products.
- Policy Management: Assist with policy purchase, renewal, and administration, ensuring accurate records.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on client activities and policy renewals.
- Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales or insurance sector.
- Certifications: Relevant qualifications (e.g., CII Diploma) are a plus.
- Skills and Attributes: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and well-organised. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of general insurance products, UK regulations, and proficiency in insurance software. Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
