Customer Success Manager – Cyber Security  Remote – £40,000 – £50,000 + bonus (based on upsell and renewal opportunities)  Are you a customer centric individual with a passion for the Cyber Security space?    Consegna Talent Solutions are working with a team of experts of designing and delivering infrastructure solutions and advise clients on all aspects of Cloud, Security, Data & AI solutions.  They have multiple awards and certifications with various Partners across the Cloud & Security space, and due to a successful period onboard new customers across their Security offering, they are now looking to add a Customer Success Manager to focus on their Security customers.   The Customer Success Manage r Role: Consegna Talent solutions are looking for the first Customer Success Manager to join this team and build long-term strategic relationships with customers and to ensure that customers meet their desired goals on a continuous basis.   You will have the opportunity to benefit from the skills and experience of industry leaders across the business as you will be working closely with the Technical and Senior Leadership teams, to help drive product and customer growth.   Deliver world-class customer experiences through onboarding, ongoing management, issue resolution, relationship management, and communication.
