Ferrero is looking for an experienced professional to drive operational excellence, performance improvement and manufacturing transformation at our plant.
Working closely with the Plant Manager and the Plant Leadership Team, you will connect strategy with execution, lead cross-functional projects, strengthen plant governance and champion a culture of Continuous Improvement.
You will also play a key role in advancing our Smart Factory and digitalisation agenda, leveraging data, technology and Lean methodologies to deliver measurable and sustainable results.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or PMO.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Solid knowledge of Lean methodologies and performance management.
- Experience in digitalisation or Industry 4.0 is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and change leadership skills

The salary range for this position is 90K /110k + MBO
