About The Role
We’re looking for a Motion Designer & Video Editor Intern (AI-Focused) to join Conscioushouse with availability to start ASAP. We're a newly launched and fast-growing Berlin-based creative and marketing consultancy helping consumer, wellness, luxury and purpose-driven brands grow through storytelling, digital innovation, and AI-driven creativity.
You’ll be creating commercially relevant, visually captivating motion and video content across brand campaigns, organic social, and UGC formats — supporting both client projects and WELLYST, our in-house research and media venture exploring holistic living, mindfulness, and future-conscious lifestyles.
This is a hands-on creative internship designed for someone who’s obsessed with storytelling, motion, and the evolution of content creation through AI.
Key Focus Areas
- Video editing and motion design for organic social and brand campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- UGC-style edits and trend-led storytelling for consumer and lifestyle brands.
- Cinematic cuts and immersive storytelling for luxury and brand campaign visuals.
- AI-assisted video generation and editing or curiosity to learn.
- Adapting creative ideas across platforms and formats, ensuring brand consistency and premium aesthetics.
- Collaboration on creative concepting, campaign storyboards, and mood film creation.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in video editing tools.
- Strong motion design sensibility and visual storytelling ability.
- Understanding of social media content formats, platform trends, and storytelling styles.
- Passion for AI in creativity, with curiosity to explore and integrate new tools into workflows.
- Fluent in English.
- Eligible for a 3-month voluntary or 6-month mandatory university internship (unpaid), with opportunity to transition to a paid role based on performance.
- Located in the EU or UK (remote-friendly).
- Affinity for one or more of these industries: beauty, wellness, arts, supplements, fashion, luxury, tech, or SaaS.
Why Join Us
- Gain real-world experience with global brands across consumer and lifestyle sectors.
- Learn how to integrate AI tools into creative production workflows.
- Work directly with the founder and a growing team of creative collaborators.
- Be part of a purpose-driven, wellbeing-centered culture where creativity and innovation thrive.
- Flexible, remote-friendly setup with room for growth and continued opportunities.
