We’re Conscious Solutions, the UK’s leading digital agency for the legal sector. We help make law firms more successful online and we’re looking for the next member of our growing team.

As the market leaders in our sector, we have over 300 clients across the UK and internationally. We’re generous, transparent, inquisitive, collaborative and empowering; values that guide how we work with clients and support each other as a team.

Our Digital Content team plays a crucial role in helping law firms communicate clearly, consistently and effectively across their websites, PR campaigns and social channels, supporting wider SEO and marketing performance.

You are a proactive, organised and detail-oriented content professional with strong writing and editing skills, and an interest in social media, PR and SEO. You enjoy crafting content that is both engaging and purposeful, whether that’s website copy, PR material or social posts.

You’re comfortable working directly with clients, confident leading calls and managing feedback, and take pride in delivering work that meets briefs, deadlines and quality standards. You’re curious, keen to learn, and open to using new tools (including AI) to improve efficiency and outcomes where appropriate.

Working as part of our Digital Content team, you will manage your own portfolio of clients while collaborating closely with colleagues across SEO, Digital PR, Account Management and Website Design. You will support the SEO and PR teams with digital PR and outreach campaigns for our growing number of 75 SEO clients in the legal sector.

You will work alongside our Head of Digital Content, Digital PR & Outreach Executive, and other Digital Content Executives, but will primarily be responsible for your own workload and meeting deadlines.

Main Responsibilities

The following is a list of the main tasks this job role will handle, but is by no means an exhaustive list and may be varied from time to time:

  • Produce a wide variety of content types: SEO-optimised website copy, tone-of-voice/brand-led content, PR material, outreach articles, and social media content.
  • Proofread and edit peer content to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with client goals.
  • Ensure all client website content meets SEO, UX, and brand guidelines.
  • PR ideation and data handling.
  • Working with the Digital PR & Outreach Executive to ideate PR campaign ideas, come up with compelling news angles, and write/proof the relevant content.
  • Lead content briefing calls, capture requirements, and share clear notes with clients for approval and updates.
  • Manage the full content pipeline for your portfolio, from briefing and drafting through to publishing.
  • Send drafts to clients, handle feedback, and ensure revisions are completed accurately and swiftly.
  • Act as the first point of contact for questions, joining calls where needed and providing proactive updates on progress and timelines.
  • Liaise with Account Management and Marketing Services to coordinate delivery and keep projects on track.
  • Monitor deadlines and align with colleagues across teams (SEO, PR, website design) to ensure smooth, integrated campaigns.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships by delivering excellent service and acting as a trusted partner.
  • Upload and publish content directly to client websites and other platforms.
  • Carry out checks to ensure live content meets client and SEO/UX needs.
  • Develop the strategy for clients’ social media projects.
  • Plan, draft and schedule client social media content across different platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Monitor engagement, perform social listening, and suggest new campaign ideas.
  • Support paid social campaigns where required.
  • Management and tracking of the project’s budgets per month, ensuring appropriate work is planned.
Required Skills

Applicants must have the following experience and abilities:

  • Previous experience in a digital marketing, content, PR or communications role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
  • Experience creating high-quality digital content, including website copy and social media content.
  • Ability to manage your own workload and deliver work accurately and on time.
  • Confidence working directly with clients and handling feedback professionally.
  • Strong organisational, project and time-management skills, managing multiple projects and their budgets simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
  • Be available to attend workshops, seminars and training programmes as required.

Experience with or knowledge of the following is desirable but not essential:

  • An understanding of SEO best practice and how content supports organic performance.
  • Social media scheduling and reporting tools.
  • A basic understanding of the legal market and services provided by solicitors/law firms.
