We are looking for a proactive, confident and energetic PR & Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment, enjoys leading others, and is passionate about delivering standout public relations and marketing programmes for a diverse client portfolio.
The successful candidate will bring:

Key requirements include:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for storytelling, media engagement and creative marketing
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining high attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Commercial awareness and confidence interpreting performance data
- Strong AI literacy, using AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT) to streamline admin processes and improve productivity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Canva
- Proficiency in using media databases and PR platforms (e.g. Roxhill, Agility) to research media contacts, track coverage, build media lists and support effective campaign delivery
- Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering integrated PR/marketing activity
- Demonstrable copywriting, media relations and social media capability
- Experience in line management, delegating work and mentoring team members
- Experience contributing to capacity/resource planning is a bonus
- Industry knowledge and existing media contacts are advantageous
